Based on the results of lubricating agents' analyses, we can help to identify lubricant's condition, and
indirectly, the device's data. A suitably formulated programme of oil analyses allows to produce a reliable
diagnosis about the condition of oil and device.
For over 12 years, Ecol has been pursuing such actions in various sectors of industry domestically and
internationally (Power Engineering, paper industry, steel sector, chemical and plastics industry and others).
Experienced and qualified personnel aided by the Gosp-Smar software for lubrication management ensures the
constant monitoring of operated equipment by the best, international standards.
The monitoring of operated oils allows to ensure safety, durability and reliability of equipments by:
- applying and operating lubricants properly,
- training personnel and coordinating their actions,
- respecting Occupational Health and Safety regulations by the service staff stringently,
- verifying equipment for its electric and mechanical safety, relevant markings in the environment of the working devices potentially exposed to explosion,
- ensuring guidelines to reduce possible leakages or fire hazards.
All monitoring activities are the next step, after system oil cleaning and washing, to implement the TPM - Total Predictive Maintenance in equipment operation.
