Based on the results of lubricating agents' analyses, we can help to identify lubricant's condition, and indirectly, the device's data. A suitably formulated programme of oil analyses allows to produce a reliable diagnosis about the condition of oil and device.

The monitoring of operated oils allows to ensure safety, durability and reliability of equipments by:

• applying and operating lubricants properly,
• training personnel and coordinating their actions,
• respecting Occupational Health and Safety regulations by the service staff stringently,
• verifying equipment for its electric and mechanical safety, relevant markings in the environment of the working devices potentially exposed to explosion,
• ensuring guidelines to reduce possible leakages or fire hazards.
